The International Fiber Collaborative's Interdependence tree is up! It was showcased at Big Springs Park (Panolopy Festival), Alabama. It is 28' x 25', with more than 7,000 leaves used from 23 countries including 39 U.S. states. The tree will come down this week and be installed in the Earlyworks Childrens Museum in Huntsville, Alabama in August. Check out the website for more info:

April Happenings

I highly recommend the Visual Journal course at the Creativity Center in Santa Monica. Sharon Kagan is a wonderful teacher, and your eyes will be opened to the creative possiblities in this workshop. Next session begins April 23. For details:

Elias Sime's exhibit "Eye of the Needle, Eye of the Heart" at the Santa Monica Museum of Art in Bergamot Station runs until April 18th. Wonderful, not to be missed! Info at:

I took a workshop on creative process and perception through Shambhala Art last week that was very eye opening. I look forward to more in the future. See: for more.
