Exhibit Prep

I have been in creative process mode these past weeks, finishing and preparing for my exhibit in two weeks....that is besides all the other non creative prep factors needing to be done, too!! This is all a great learning experience as an emerging artist. How to keep the creative process going through subjective experiments, especially with the threadwork "squiggles" (as I have named them). Playing with dissolvable "Solvy" stabilizer, bits of fabric, yarn and lots of thread. "Comfort Zone" was built around three such squiggles.

Bhavana Project Set 2

The flags return with Mary Roy's creative addition. I shipped the set to Jeannie, our last artist participant. It is great to see the journey the flags have taken, from Thailand to travelling all over the western U.S.
